Our community’s safety is our top priority. We are working with the CPSC to conduct a voluntary recall of one specific batch of our Silicone Glue product.

At Bazic Products, we take great pride in the quality and safety of the items we bring into your homes and classrooms. Recently, we identified a safety compliance issue with a specific batch of our Bazic Silicone Glue (Model 2030).

While we have received no reports of injuries, we are taking immediate action to ensure our products meet all safety standards, including child-resistant packaging requirements. We sincerely apologize for any concern or inconvenience this may cause and are committed to making the refund process as simple as possible for you.

Hazard: The glue contains methanol, which requires child-resistant packaging under the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. The current packaging is not child-resistant, posing a risk of serious injury or death from poisoning if swallowed by children. Additionally, the label is being corrected as it was incorrectly marked "Non-Toxic" and lacked a "highly flammable" warning.

This recall specifically involves:

• Batch Code: V01233-031725-70004523
• Description: Transparent plastic bottle with a blue nozzle top and a blue/black label.  You can locate the batch code below the UPC as shown in the image (red boxed) below.

We want to make this right. Please follow these three simple steps:

1. Stop Use Immediately: Please stop using the affected glue and move it to a location that is out of reach of children.
2. Take a Photo: Take a clear photo of your glue bottle showing the batch code.
3. Submit for Refund: Email your photo and your contact information to compliance@bazic.com. Our team will process a full refund for you immediately.

Important Disposal Note: Because the glue contains methanol, please do not dispose of it in regular trash or pour it down the drain. To protect our environment, contact your local household hazardous waste center for disposal instructions.
