General Terms of Sales & Policies

Payment Terms

• All first-time customers are required to prepay.
• We accept Check, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, ACH, Wire Transfers, and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
• Orders may be canceled if payment is not received within 30 days.
• Customers may apply for Net terms, subject to Credit Department approval. A credit application must be submitted with a minimum order of $1,000.00 and include at least three trade references, bank information (including account number), and the owner’s signature. A credit card is also required as a backup form of payment. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for processing.
• Returned checks will be charged a $30.00 processing fee.

Claims & Returns

• Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery. Any damages or shortages must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
• Claims for shortages or damages must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the order.
• Returns require prior approval.
• Approved returns are subject to a 15% handling fee.

Freight Terms

• All prices are F.O.B. El Monte, California.
• Customer is responsible for all freight charges.
• Orders ship via UPS/Fedex Ground or a common carrier selected by Bazic, unless the customer requests a specific carrier.
• Freight charges are calculated based on order dimensions, weight and shipping destination.
• Freight rates are not guaranteed and may vary.
