We accept Check, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, ACH, Wire Transfers, and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
Orders may be canceled if payment is not received within 30 days.
Customers may apply for Net terms, subject to Credit Department approval. A credit application must be submitted with a minimum order of $1,000.00 and include at least three trade references, bank information (including account number), and the owner’s signature. A credit card is also required as a backup form of payment. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for processing.
Returned checks will be charged a $30.00 processing fee.
Freight Terms
All prices are F.O.B. El Monte, California.
Customer is responsible for all freight charges.
Orders ship via UPS/Fedex Ground or a common carrier selected by Bazic, unless the customer requests a specific carrier.
Freight charges are calculated based on order dimensions, weight and shipping destination.
Freight rates are not guaranteed and may vary.
Claims & Returns
Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery. Any damages or shortages must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
Claims for shortages or damages must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the order.
Returns require prior approval.
Approved returns are subject to a 15% handling fee.
